During my work experience at a large-scale advertising agency, I noticed that worksheets are everywhere. What is ridiculous is that the job running and personal advancement  were more actually based on whether you could write 360-degree performance appraisals, daily reports, weekly reports, and various other tables  beautifully, rather than actually finishing the job effectively.

The subject of this project is the excessive reliance on sheet-based labor optimization in the workplace. The principle of tableau performance, which started as a tool for cost decreasing and benefit increasing, has now evolved into a performance of formalist supremacy, exploitation, and anti-exploitation within the long-term oppressive framework between the working class and capitalism. Through performative design, this project aims to expose the absurdity of the redundant and repetitious worksheet, revealing the drawbacks of bureaucratic life and formalities that exist at work.
